🌿 Fragrant, spiced, and packed with veggies. This vegetable biryani is a feast for the senses.
Recipe:
2 cups basmati rice
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans)
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp biryani masala
3 cups vegetable broth
Sauté onion & masala. Add veggies, rice, broth. Cover and cook 20 min until liquid absorbed.
