VISITA DE LA VIRGEN DE ZAPOPAN A CHAPALA
Cada año en Chapala, miles de personas se reúnen para honrar a la Virgen de Zapopan, celebrando una tradición que comenzó en 1955 para pedir lluvias para el Lago de Chapala. En 2025, se conmemoró el 70 aniversario con una colorida procesión el 13 de julio, destacando danzas prehispánicas con trajes de plumas y el ritmo marcado por tambores, además de una misa encabezada por el Cardenal que reunió a más de 20,000 personas. El evento continuó con bendiciones al lago y visitas a islas cercanas, reflejando un profundo acto de fe, orgullo cultural y unidad comunitaria que une a generaciones para compartir esperanza y gratitud.
