Today's Ep 15 is the final episode for Season 11 and I share a conversation with UNICEF's Shreyasi Jha who is based in Bangkok.

We dive into how family-friendly policies aren’t just about mothers; they’re about caring for everyone who shows up to do their best work.

While the episode is about how the UNICEF Family Friendly Workplace Toolkit can help SMEs start turning everyday workplaces into caring workplaces, we also speak about Shreyasi's journey as a woman, wife and mother.

Better workplace translates into a happier workforce and it's not just for women but for men and women. Episode link in comment below.

Yes, you can get the toolkit for free to get started. Link to toolkit is in the episode link.

You have experience, knowledge and expertise but sometimes you forget you have them.

You wonder if it's even worth doing anything about them because everyone out there seems far more accomplished or capable.

Yet, there is a niggling feeling.

You are torn between wanting to keep a low profile and wanting to be out there (wherever that may be for you).

If you're feeling that you have so much more to contribute and help but unsure how you should or could position yourself and get started, check out our program.

Rowena Morais and I developed this program, From Vision to Voice, because we have been hearing the same fears and frustrations from the women we know and the women we coach and work with.

We know we want something beautiful to arise from what we can give but we don't know how to get there on our own.

Our program consists of workshop and coaching sessions with me and Rowena that can be completed within 2 weeks plus an additional 2 weeks of coaching after.

[If you want to know how we created with this program, listen to Behind-The-Scenes episodes on Womenpreneur Asia website.]

The August cohort is now open for applications and the deadline to apply and submit is 30 July.

Today's episode 13 of Season 11 is a solo episode where I unpack the concept of growth through generosity.

I spoke about turning access, knowledge and opportunity into a practical growth strategy for women entrepreneurs across Asia.

Learn how to multiply your expertise, be a genuine connector and ask the powerful question, “How may I help you?”

It’s not about keeping score—it's about creating momentum together.
