去丹南大家都会推荐，丹南炒面、猪红、豆腐、玉米鸡 等等。但这次当地地头蛇带木木去吃丹南干捞面和牛杂。蠔油鸡干捞面的特色就是它其实不干，汤汁就占满碗的一半。味道也非常的独特，蛮不错的哦。在亚庇还真的没吃过这玩意。

永顺茶室是林方云东主在1982年创办。至今已经有四十二年历史了。而牛杂粉面和干捞面是这间店的特色。

When it comes to Tenom, everyone recommends Tenom-style fried noodles, pork blood curd, tofu, corn-fed chicken, and so on. But this time, a local insider took Mumu to try Tenom-style dry-tossed noodles and beef offal. The signature oyster sauce chicken dry-tossed noodles are unique in that they aren’t actually dry—the broth fills half the bowl. The flavor is also very distinctive and quite delicious. I’ve never had anything like this in Kota Kinabalu.

Yong Shun Tea Shop was established by the owner, Lin Fangyun, in 1982. It has a history of forty-two years to date. Beef offal noodles and dry-tossed noodles are the specialties of this shop.

炸肉干捞香港面和皮蛋饺，是他们家的门面招牌之一。听大家说他家的炸肉粉很有拿笃、山打根的味道。这样我们就不用去山打根吃了咯。说真木木还挺喜欢的，那炸肉炸酥香的，河粉也烫的刚好。我好喜欢那碗。😄🍀🪵

The dried Hong Kong noodles with fried meat and century egg dumplings are one of their signature dishes. Everyone says their fried meat seasoning has the authentic taste of Lahad Datu and Sandakan. This way, we don’t have to go all the way to Sandakan to enjoy it! Honestly, Mumu really likes it—the fried meat is crispy and flavorful, and the rice noodles are cooked just right. I absolutely love that bowl. 😄🍀🪵
