这里卖的是最抚慰人心的家常面食——炸肉面、板面、云吞面，样样俱全。老板娘手脚麻利，老板则在氤氲的蒸汽后专注地烫面。

而这里的灵魂，莫过于那一碗看似简单，却暗藏功夫的干捞面。在这个什么都讲究“健康”的年代，他们却依然固执地坚持用传统的猪油捞面。当那勺金黄透亮的猪油淋在热腾腾的碱水面上，再与酱油、葱花均匀搅拌，一股霸道而怀旧的香气瞬间升腾而起，那是记忆里最无法抗拒的罪恶芬芳。

In the culinary arena of Lido, there hides a humble noodle stall that carries with it the sea breeze of Sandakan. Without a flashy sign, it has earned word-of-mouth praise among food lovers purely through its authentic wok hei.

Here, the most comforting homemade noodles are served—fried pork noodles, pan mee, wonton noodles, you name it. The lady boss moves with swift efficiency, while the owner focuses intently behind the steamy mist, blanching noodles to perfection.

But the soul of this place lies in a bowl of what seems like simple tossed noodles, yet conceals true skill. In an era where everything emphasizes "health," they stubbornly cling to the tradition of using lard to dress the noodles. When that spoonful of golden, translucent lard is poured over the hot alkaline noodles and mixed evenly with soy sauce and chopped scallions, an irresistible and nostalgic aroma instantly rises—a guilty pleasure from memory lane.

What’s even more remarkable is the generosity of the toppings here. Large pieces of fried pork, crispy on the outside and tender inside; wontons with thin skins and ample fillings; and pan mee laden with anchovies and sweet leaf bush. Despite such lavish portions, the prices remain heartwarmingly affordable.

詹姆斯出生于1953年在沙巴，是唯一一个身高6英尺1英寸（1.85米）的国家球员之一。
他最好的成就是在1980年莫斯科奥林匹克运动会上。马来西亚以2-1击败韩国，获得了这项运动资格，他打进了胜利的进球。但是马来西亚抵制了让国足球迷失望的体育他还在1977年和1979年东南亚运动会上与国家足球队一起赢得金牌。此外，他是1976年赢得泰国国王杯的国家队的一员。
也许很多人不知道，詹姆斯开始了他的足球生涯作一名守门员。他代表马来西亚参加1971年亚足联亚洲青年锦标赛。1974年至1976年，他还与悉尼哈科阿在澳大利亚踢过职业球。在本地足球场，他曾经帮助沙巴成为1979年马来西亚联赛副冠军。😁🍀🪵

在Central Plaza有间吃酸辣粉的小店，他们家的主打酸辣粉，粉也很Q，很有弹性。汤头辣度可以选小辣、中辣和大辣，但小辣木木都觉得很辣了。还有他家的水饺呢，馅料很有口感，面皮适中非常好吃。还有牛肉面和云吞面选择。😁🍀🪵

At Central Plaza, there is a small restaurant that serves sour and spicy noodles. Their signature dish is the sour and spicy noodles, which are very chewy and elastic. The spiciness of the soup can be chosen as mild, medium, or hot, but even the mild level is already very spicy for Mumu. Additionally, their dumplings have a flavorful filling and a perfectly textured wrapper, making them incredibly delicious. They also offer beef noodles and wonton noodles as alternatives. 😁🍀🪵
