A Delightful Seafront Dining Experience at Al Fresco, The Magellan Sutera Resort 🌊🍴

There's something truly special about dining by the sea, and Al Fresco at The Magellan Sutera Resort offers just that—a relaxing ambience, refreshing sea breeze, and a menu filled with delicious local and international favourites.

Our dining experience was simply outstanding, with every dish beautifully prepared and packed with flavour.

🍔 The Wagyu Beef Burger was an absolute winner. Featuring a juicy beef patty, melted cheese, a perfectly cooked egg, and a soft, fluffy bun, every bite was satisfying. Served with crispy French fries, golden onion rings, and a tangy relish, it's comfort food at its finest.

🍕 The handcrafted pizzas: Margherita and Chicken Alfredo pizza, impressed us with their light, airy crust and generous layer of gooey melted cheese. Fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavours made each slice irresistible.

🍢 The grilled skewer Chicken Kebab platter was smoky, tender, and bursting with flavour. Paired with crispy potato wedges and rich gravy, it was a hearty dish that left us wanting more.

🍚 We also enjoyed the Sabahan-style rice Linopot, beautifully served on a banana leaf. The fragrant purple rice, flavourful fish, fresh vegetables, sambal, and traditional accompaniments created a wholesome meal that celebrates local flavours.

🍨 To complete the meal, we indulged in a refreshing dessert bowl of Cendol Durian & Cendol Avocado featuring creamy ice cream, cendol, red beans, sweet corn, and other delightful toppings—a perfect way to end a wonderful dining experience.

From the quality of the food to the relaxing seafront atmosphere, every dish was truly worth it.

Whether you're looking for a casual lunch, a romantic sunset dinner, or a gathering with family and friends, Al Fresco offers a memorable dining experience overlooking the beautiful South China Sea.
