Not your regular garlic sauce, but this Garlic sauce mayo fusion recipe comes with different dimensions of flavor with a rich and creamy texture that could compliment an array of snacks, appetizers, kebabs or even be used as bread spread!

Take your pick, dip away and enjoy! â™Ĩī¸

Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 egg
2-3 cloves garlic
2 green chillies
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 cup oil

Method:

Put all of the ingredients and only 1/3 cup of the oil in a blender and blend until mixed. Gradually keep adding the oil, 1/3 cup at a time, and blend after every addition until the garlic sauce gets thick and creamy. Scrape the sides of the blender to make sure no chunks remain.

** This garlic sauce will be slightly grainy. For a smoother garlic sauce, used mashed mustard seeds and finely ground black pepper.

** Store in an air tight jar, preferably glass jar.

** Can be stored outside for 2-3 days, since added vinegar acts as a preservative
