Did I just step into a Studio Ghibli kitchen in Malaysia? 🔥🍳

At Pyro, everything comes alive over an open mangrove wood fire—the flames, the smoke and even the eggs feel like a scene from a movie.

Come for the food, but sit near the kitchen for the full fire show 🔥

I asked a stranger to try the viral Shiopan with me… and she turned out to be a Japanese model 🇯🇵

It looks just like the shiopan in Japan—but this one has way more butter oozing out. In a good way! 🧈🥐

I tried Thong Bowl Malaysia’s Signature Beef Noodle and its premium A5 Wagyu version at their new Suria KLCC outlet 🍜🥩

The broth is slow-cooked for 120 hours—the signature bowl delivers a rich local beef flavour, while the Japanese A5 Wagyu is buttery, tender and almost melts in your mouth.

Which would you choose?

SIGNATURE 🇲🇾 or A5 WAGYU 🇯🇵

📍Thong Bowl, Suria KLCC

⚠️ Note for Muslim diners: Thong Bowl’s Suria KLCC outlet opened only two months ago, and its Halal certification is not officially acquired yet. In the meantime, Halal-certified Thong Bowl outlets include IOI City Mall, Berjaya Times Square, KLIA2 and Setia City Mall.
