📚 今天回到我的药学书本前
这几天一直在想，作为一名药剂师，我做内容的意义到底是什么？
我有很多想分享的。专业观点、知识、教育、甚至产品但我的“药剂师脑 + 小小完美主义”一直提醒我：
要正确、要有价值、要对别人负责
后来突然发现……
我现在根本没多少粉丝
所以可能是我想太多了😅
也不是一定要完美，
而是要真实、负责、
愿意持续学习。
语言方面我也在找感觉：
English / 中文 / 还是混一点的 rojak 风？

📚 Back to my pharmacy books for a moment…
These few days, I’ve been thinking a lot about my purpose in creating content as a pharmacist.
I have so much to share…opinion, education, knowledge, even product insights one day but my “pharmacist brain + slight OCD” keeps telling me, “Make sure it’s correct. Make sure it’s good.”
Then it hit me… I actually have very little followers right now. So maybe, I’ve just been overthinking everything 😅
Sometimes I’m afraid of sharing the “wrong” thing. Afraid it’s not valuable enough. Afraid people will judge.
So today, I went back to my books to remember my roots, to stay grounded in science, and to remind myself that learning never ends for a healthcare professional.
Maybe the goal isn’t perfection.
Maybe it’s honesty, responsibility, and consistency.
Language? I’m still figuring that out too. English, 中文, or a little rojak in between whatever feels the most “me” in that moment.
So now I’m curious…
