It is getting harder and harder to get a reply from a cold email. And it’s not because your subject lines are bad. 📉

It’s because the “Trust Gap” has widened.

Five years ago, you could bridge that gap with a well-written email. Today, buyers are skeptical. They don’t need more pitches; they need proof.

I see so many founders grinding out 500 emails a week, getting maybe 1 or 2 replies. That is a lot of effort for very little return.

I want you to try a different play.

Instead of pushing your message out to 500 strangers, let’s pull them in.

Look at the difference between industry averages and what we see with the Engine model:
🛑 Cold Email: Averages a 0.5% - 1% reply rate (Standard Industry Benchmark).
✅ Podcast Engine: We’ve seen conversion rates as high as 38% from engaged listeners.

Why the massive gap? Because a podcast earns attention like Netflix, whereas an email demands attention like a telemarketer.

We built a specific 3-Episode Sequence designed to replace that cold outreach grind:
1️⃣ The Wake-Up: Bring on an expert to validate the problem (Pure Education).
2️⃣ The Fix: Bring on a customer to show the solution (Social Proof).
3️⃣ The Ask: Invite them to work with you (The Inbound Close).

Swipe through to see how the sequence works. 👉

I want you to have the tools to run this yourself. I put the actual scripts for these 3 episodes, the guest outreach templates, and the ad copy into a free PDF.

Comment “EP3” below and I’ll send it to your DMs so you can start building.

“Check out my website” is the most expensive sentence in podcasting 💸

You spend 45 minutes delivering value, building trust, and proving your authority. Then, right at the finish line, you send your leads into a black hole.

Sending a podcast listener to a generic homepage is a conversion killer. They have to stop what they are doing, open a browser, and navigate a menu. They won’t do it.

If you want to turn listeners into leads, you need to reduce friction.

You need the “Trojan Horse” Method.
Instead of pushing a website, you pull them into a conversation using a specific Keyword.

The Play:

Seed it early: Mention a specific framework or PDF during the interview. (“We used our 3-Part Launch Map to fix that...”)

Close with a Keyword: When the host asks where to find you, say: “DM me the word ‘LAUNCH’ on LinkedIn and I’ll send you that map for free.”

Now, you aren’t just a podcast guest/host. You’re a lead magnet.

Swipe to steal the exact scripts 👉

We want to help you brainstorm your asset. What is a PDF, Checklist, or Template you could offer listeners?

Tell us in the comments and we’ll tell you if it’s a “Trojan Horse” or a dud👇

Is your content building a fan base, or is it building a client list? (Because they are rarely the same thing). 🛑

Here is the uncomfortable truth about B2B content:
If you try to help everyone, you will be hired by no one.

We see so many founders stuck on the “Content Hamster Wheel.” They post helpful tips, get a few likes, but their calendar remains empty. The issue isn’t volume. The issue is strategy.

To get off the wheel, you need to make three specific shifts in your content engine:

1️⃣ Shift your Target: Stop writing for the “industry.” Start writing for the one person who signs the check.

2️⃣ Shift your Value: Stop giving “How-To” tutorials (which attract DIYers). Start giving “Diagnostic” advice (which attracts buyers).

3️⃣ Shift your Mechanism: Stop sending people to a generic website. Start offering specific assets that solve specific problems.

The easiest way to do this? Stop writing from scratch. Start recording a “Diagnostic” podcast and turning that audio into your weekly assets.

Swipe to see the breakdown of the 3 Shifts. 👉

We use a specific system to turn 1 hour of audio into 2 weeks of high-converting content. Want to see the diagram?

DM us the word “ENGINE” and I’ll send it over.

Malaysian Made Podcast(s).

Mid May of 2018, I approached Jeff with an idea -- To start a Malaysian horror podcast.

The plan was simple, create a horror podcast that narrates out as if you would with your friends at a mamak or when you’re lepak-ing. Each week, we highlight a unique spirit. To those who are graceful enough to lend us an ear when we released our pilot episode on Soundcloud would know, and thank you for being the first few who supported us.

Today, we are working on 9 different shows with 4 (1, 2, 3, 4) that are live on Spotify (besides Maybe Tomorrow). We’re not stopping there, we are aiming to hit 20 shows by the end of 2019.

The 4 podcasts are as follow :
