Kam Heong Prawn Pasta 甘香鲜虾意粉

I was just making a simple pasta, then added some kam heong and prawns didn’t expect it to turn out this amazing.

那天随手煮个意粉,没想到加了甘香酱,鲜虾居然这么好吃意外的惊喜组合!

Ingredients|食材
Kam heong paste:|甘香酱:
40 g Dried shrimps|干虾米 40 克
4 stalks Curry leaves|咖喱叶 4 根
70 g Shallots|红葱头 70 克
3 cloves Garlic|蒜头 3 瓣
2 Cili padi|小辣椒 2 根
50 ml Water|清水 50 毫升
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce|蚝油 2 汤匙
1 tbsp Soy Sauce|酱油 1 汤匙匙
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce|老抽 1 茶匙
1 tsp Curry powder|咖喱粉 1 茶匙
2 tbsp Cooking oil|食用油 2 汤匙

Prawns:|鲜虾:
300 g Peeled prawns|去壳鲜虾 300 克
2 cloves Garlic (chopped)|蒜头(切碎)2 瓣
1 tbsp Cooking oil|食用油 1 汤匙

Pasta:|意粉:
300 g Spaghetti, boiled halfway through cooking time|意大利面 300 克(煮至半熟)
5 cloves Garlic (chopped)|蒜头(切碎)5 瓣
50 g Butter|牛油 50 克
Prawn heads|虾头
Cooking oil|食用油 适量
Salt & black pepper to taste|盐和黑胡椒 适量

Tuaran Noodle 斗亚兰面

Recreating Sabah's iconic Tuaran Mee at home! Crispy noodles, savoury sauce, and lots of wok hei!

Ingredients | 食材:
200 g egg noodles | 200克 鸡蛋面
2 cups Water | 2杯 水
1 Egg | 1个 鸡蛋
2 cloves Garlic, minced | 2瓣 蒜,切碎
2 tsp chicken powder | 2茶匙 味精
1/2tsp Sugar | ½茶匙 糖
1/2tsp Pepper | ½茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tbsp Soy Sauce | 1汤匙 酱油
1 cup Chinese greens | 1杯 青菜
Oil for deep frying | 适量 油(用于炸)

Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats 高蛋白蓝莓芝士隔夜燕麦

Cheesecake for breakfast? Yes please!
This high protein blueberry overnight oats is creamy, dreamy and tasty ideal for breakfast or snack.

Ingredients | 食材:

90 Grams rolled oats | 90克 燕麦片
1 tsp chia seed | 1茶匙 奇亚籽
1 sachet of MealOne vanilla | 1小包 MealOne 香草口味
180ml oat milk or milk of your choice | 180毫升 燕麦奶或你喜欢的牛奶
handful of blueberries | 一小把 蓝莓

Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. | 混合后放入冰箱冷藏一晚。

For the blueberry sauce | 蓝莓果酱:

handful of blueberries | 一小把 蓝莓
1 tsp monkfruit sweetener | 1茶匙 0卡糖
Microwave for 40-60 seconds until it thicken and jammy | 放入微波炉加热40-60秒,直到变得浓稠、像果酱状即可

For the Cheesecake layer | 芝士奶油层:
2 tbsp greek yoghurt | 2汤匙 希腊酸奶
1 tbsp cream cheese | 1汤匙 奶油奶酪
1 tsp honey (optional) | 1茶匙 蜂蜜(可选)

Mix until soft and creamy | 搅拌均匀至柔滑细腻

Healthy Mixed Berries Pancake 健康杂莓煎饼

This breakfast is packed with antioxidants and natural sweetness!
Perfect for breakfast or a light brunch.

Ingredients:

Pancake Batter | 煎饼糊:
2 large eggs | 2颗大鸡蛋
1 sachet of Meal One Vanilla | 1包Meal One香草代餐粉
35g gluten-free self-raising flour | 35克无麸质自发粉
1 scoop of Greek yoghurt | 1勺希腊酸奶

For the Strawberry Sauce | 草莓酱:
8 strawberries | 8颗草莓
1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener | 1汤匙罗汉果代糖
Microwave for 40–60 seconds until thicken and jammy | 微波炉加热40–60秒,直到变稠呈果酱状

Toppings | 配料:
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt | 2汤匙希腊酸奶
Strawberry sauce | 草莓酱
Handful of blueberries | 一把蓝莓
Sugar free maple syrup | 无糖枫糖浆
