With many years of experience in the logistics industry, my life took a dramatic turn when I was hospitalized and bedridden for a month. This challenging period was a wake-up call and a turning point that made me rethink my career path. I realized how crucial it is to have the right protection and support during life's unexpected moments. Motivated by this experience, I moved into the insurance in

dustry with a new mission: to help people understand the true value of insurance and provide them with the peace of mind they deserve. In fact, every competitor might have different strengths, my job is to demonstrate how my solution provides the most relevant value to the client.

Trying to win an abstract competition for "the best" may lead to competitive comparison fatigue.

從2024年9月1號起，保險公司需要提供"共付額"給所有新保單持有人。這個措施讓保險公司能提供較低的保費，因為保單持有人共同承擔醫療服務的費用。這也可以減少不必要或過度索賠的情況，確保他們的計劃在長期內保持可持續性。

With effect from 1st September 2024, insurers and takaful operators (ITOs) must offer consumers an option to purchase Medical and Health Insurance and Takaful Products with a co-payment feature.

It will not affect our existing policy(s) but may affect us when we want to upgrade.
