Now you can buy Pi using fiat money via credit card, debit card, or Google Pay, thanks to the new wallet feature.

The rollout has started for users with verified Banxa accounts, showing Pi's push toward easier, real-world adoption.

Who Owns the Most Pi Network Tokens?

A recent update from BscScan reveals the top holders of Pi tokens as of June 2025.

👉 Tlhe #1 wallet is a burn address (Null: 0x000…dEaD) holding over 17.4 billion tokens (17.46%). These tokens are permanently removed from circulation, reducing supply and minimizing volatility risk.

👉 In 2nd place is the PancakeSwap V2 liquidity pool holding 9.48% of the total supply — a tradeable portion.

👉 The next 8 wallets together control over 35% of all Pi tokens.

👉 This means a huge portion of the supply is concentrated in just a few wallets, while most other holders own less than 4% individually.

Whales and Institutions Are Accumulating Pi Tokens!

Behind the scenes, Pi Network is gaining serious traction. On-chain data revealed a massive transaction—20 million Pi tokens (worth around $14 million) were purchased from OKX and moved to private wallets. Analysts say this whale activity signals strong long-term confidence.

Adding to the momentum, Banxa—a payment service tied to the Pi Network—has also snapped up 10 million Pi tokens. This comes right after Banxa received its KYB clearance to support global Pi Coin trading. With big players stepping in and supply on exchanges shrinking, demand (and price) for Pi is looking strong!

What Is pi.domain and How It Works

The pi.domain is more like a Web3 identity feature within the Pi Network ecosystem. It gives you a personalized domain (like yourname.pi) that you can use for things like:

Sending and receiving Pi easily (instead of using long wallet addresses)
Accessing Pi apps and services
Potential future use cases in the Pi ecosystem (perhaps for digital identity, websites, etc.)

However, if you don’t register or bid for a domain, it won’t affect your ability to mine Pi or use the network.

It’s more of an additional feature for those who are interested in staking their claim early, personal branding, or exploring Pi’s Web3 potential.
