Sometimes, we don’t ship to avoid the possibility of failure.

One of the ways to “force” work is to make a deadline. The late Steve Jobs was known for demanding perfect products, but he also set hard shipping deadlines. This forced Apple engineers to do whatever it takes (putting in the quantity) to get the job done.
