PERSON IN CHARGE FOR SKYNET TAWAU BRANCH.

Responsibilities

-Responsible for overall planning, directing and managing the branch
-Lead and motivate branch staff to work towards achieving their respective individual.
-Supervise, train and develop branch staff to improve their competency.
-To monitor service levels of customers ensuring maximum level of customer satisfaction
-To hold a departmental meeting when needed.
-To monitor staff’s discipline, work issue and work performance from time to time.
-Work closely with Sales team and Management team for more business support to increase revenue.
-To perform any other duties as and when required by management.

Requirements

-Minimum 5 working experience in the related industry with at least 2 years holding the position as an assistant manager and above.
-Tactful personality with good people management and interpersonal skills in liaising with internal and external customers.
-Strong team player with high degree of commitment, integrity and professionalism, customer focused and service oriented.
-Possess strong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Self motivated and able to work under pressure and independently.
