Even though the rain poured heavily early in the morning, it didn’t stop the learning spirit of this individual.

It was truly an amazing session with this group of learners—professionals from the Pharmaceutical Industry in Malaysia.

We understand how complex everyday supply chain workloads can be, with countless spreadsheets and data tracking tasks to manage. That’s why this program was designed to help them use Microsoft Power BI to lighten their workload. Plus, it teaches how to create easy-to-understand dashboards that showcase clear data analytics in just minutes.

Our team felt deeply honored to be given the chance to contribute to upskilling Malaysians and to play a role in helping move the country forward with the MPC team.

We were being invited to an important meeting hosted by MPC to discuss and brainstorm an "AI Battle Award Recognition." About 30 participants from MPC and representatives from Malaysia’s top GDP-contributing sectors—both industries, Nexus and Champion —joined the discussion. These 14 key industries included Agrofood, Aerospace, Automotive, Chemicals & Chemical Products, Construction, ICT, Electrical & Electronics, Logistics, Machinery & Equipment, Professional Services, Private Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Retail & Food & Beverages, and Tourism.

This “AI Battle” award ceremony is to recognize everyone who participated in the AI Productivity Upskilling program supported by MPC. This recognition will encourage companies and individuals to put into practice the AI skills they've gained since the training started in March 2025, supporting the long-term sustainability of their businesses.

All fighting for the same goal:
1. To move Malaysia to achieve the top 12 most competitive nations by 2030
2. To increase the productivity of Malaysian businesses in the AI race.

Once again, Wawasan Open University (WOU) Dean, Professors, and Industry Advisors came together from various states to meet and review the education syllabus for the upcoming academic year.

The discussions proved to be highly valuable, particularly in the company of fellow industry advisors—Mr. Leong from the logistics sector and Mr. Shanmuganathan from the semiconductor industry—alongside our founder, Sharon Goh, representing the tech industry.

The aim of the meeting is to review the upcoming year's WOU training syllabus, discuss the latest trends, and suggest more practical training for the Micro Credential Learning syllabus

The industry advisor plays an important role in sharing the industry updates, progress, and the needs of the talent to fulfill the industry's needs. With the cross idea bouncing between the industry players and the university professors & dean, with one mission to create more insightful and up-to-trend knowledge to serve the industry needs, so that all the graduates are able to serve the needs and purpose once they graduate.

The Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) program in Malaysia is a systematic process designed to recognize and validate an individual's prior learning and experiences, whether gained formally, non-formally, or informally, outside traditional education settings. This process involves identifying, documenting, and assessing knowledge, skills, and attitudes acquired through work experience, community involvement, self-study, and other life experiences.

The program is governed by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and is aligned with the Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF).
