Pahlawan Race 2.0 kini kembali lagi!

Dengan sukacitanya, kami ingin memaklumkan bahawa Jabatan Sumber Manusia akan menganjurkan ‘Pahlawan Race 2.0’ bersempena dengan Hari Kebangsaan dan Hari Malaysia pada 27 September 2025 (Sabtu) di Taman Botani Negara, Shah Alam. Program ini terbuka kepada seluruh Warga Sime UMW dan penyertaan adalah PERCUMA!

‘Pahlawan Race 2.0’ bukan sekadar acara sukan, ia adalah simbolik bagi Sambutan Hari Kebangsaan dan Hari Malaysia 2025. Warga Sime UMW akan berpeluang menyertai aktiviti permainan sukan tradisional yang penuh dengan nostalgia, sambil menyokong amalan gaya hidup sihat yang menyeronokkan. Selaras dengan konsep ‘Kesejahteraan Holistik’, yang meliputi elemen ‘Fizikal’, ‘Mental’ dan ‘Interpersonal’, kami berharap program ini akan mengeratkan lagi ikatan kekeluargaan sesama Warga Sime UMW.

Cabaran Merdeka Trifa 4.0, sudah bermula!🇲🇾

Hari yang dinanti-nantikan telah tiba! Kami dengan sukacitanya mengumumkan bermulanya Cabaran Merdeka - Trifa 4.0! Sambutan Hari Kebangsaan dan Hari Malaysia 2025 semakin meriah dengan semangat kebangsaan yang membara.

Cabaran Trifa 4.0 Minggu Pertama bertemakan LAGU KEBANGSAAN "NEGARAKU"🎼. Tema ini untuk mengingatkan kita kepada sejarah di sebalik lagu kebangsaan, yang menjadi simbol perpaduan dan kebanggaan negara.

Di minggu pertama, Cabaran Merdeka Trifa 4.0, memberi fokus kepada fakta sejarah lagu "Negaraku", termasuk sejarah asal, perubahan pada rentak lagu, versi panjang dan pendek, serta bagaimana lagu ini mula dimainkan sempena kemerdekaan negara kita.

Bagaimana Cara Penyertaan?

Imbas kod QR yang disediakan pada poster di bawah untuk menyertai cabaran.

Sila hantar penyertaan selewat-lewatnya pada 25 Ogos 2025 (Isnin) sebelum 5:00 petang.

A Day to Remember - Celebrating Mother’s Day 2025 at Sime UMW!

On 21 May 2025, we honored the incredible mothers within our Sime UMW family by unveiling our new Mother’s Room—a dedicated space designed to support and uplift working moms. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.

Officiated by our Chief Financial Officer, Pn Farnida Ngah, the event was filled with heartfelt moments, including a symbolic handprint ceremony and inspiring messages about appreciation, balance, and the importance of inclusive spaces for all.

From handcrafted bouquets and delectable desserts to the thoughtfully designed room setup, every detail was a testament to the care and gratitude we hold for our Warga Sime UMW family.

This celebration is part of our broader DEI efforts, ensuring that every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered.

In conjunction with the announcement of SPM results which was released on 24 April 2025, we are pleased to inform that Academic Excellence Award for Warga Sime UMW’s children who have excelled in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination year 2024 is now open for application. This award is part of the Sime UMW’s efforts in recognizing their academic achievement at the national level examination and to boost the motivation of the Warga Sime UMW’s children to quest for excellence.

This initiative aligns with the concept of ‘Holistic Wellbeing’ under the elements of ‘Interpersonal’ and ‘Purpose’, by reinforcing the meaningful connection between professional life and personal fulfilment. It reflects our commitment to supporting the overall wellbeing of Warga Sime UMW, especially in their role as parents, as they guide and celebrate their children’s academic success.

Assalamualaikum & Selamat Sejahtera Warga Sime UMW!

Seperti yang dimaklumkan, satu inisiatif baharu – sesi Tadabbur Al-Quran akan diadakan hari ini, dari jam 12:45 petang hingga 1:30 petang. Sesi ini memberi peluang kepada kita semua untuk lebih memahami dan menghayati ayat suci Al-Quran dalam kehidupan seharian.

Sesi ini akan dijalankan secara atas talian bagi memberi peluang lebih ramai staf untuk menyertai sesi Tadabbur ini. Untuk menyertai, sila rujuk emel masing-masing untuk mendapatkan pautan penyertaan.

Jangan lepaskan peluang untuk memperkayakan ilmu dan memperkukuh hubungan dengan Al-Quran sepanjang Ramadan yang mulia ini.

🚣‍♂️🐉💥 The Dragon Boat Race has officially concluded last Saturday, and what an exhilarating ride it was! 🐾 Shoutout to all our teams—Eagle, Tiger, Hornbill, Lion, and Panther—for bringing their A-game!

Huge congratulations to Team Tiger 🐯 for taking home the win! 🏆 To everyone who paddled, cheered, and supported, you made the day an absolute success.

We also want to congratulate all the winners from the Energize UMW 3.0 challenges! From futsal to badminton, bowling, 50 days Sihat Challenge and beyond, your commitment and energy were incredible. 🎉
