🌿 Healing Herbal Tea Recipe for Hormone Balance, Detox, and Inflammation 🌺
This tea combines the benefits of whole cloves, hormone balance tea, mullein leaf tea, anti-inflammatory herbs, moringa, soursop leaves, and hibiscus flowers into a powerful healing blend.
✨ Ingredients (Makes 1-2 Servings)
2 cups water
3-4 whole cloves (for digestion, antibacterial, and liver support)
1 tsp hormone balance tea blend (raspberry leaf, chasteberry, or other hormone-regulating herbs)
1 tsp mullein leaf (for lung and immune health)
1/2 tsp anti-inflammatory herbs (turmeric, ginger, or boswellia)
1 tsp dried moringa leaves (for energy, detox, and blood sugar balance)
2-3 soursop leaves (for immune and anti-cancer properties)
1 tsp hibiscus flowers (for heart health and detox)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional, for flavor & blood sugar regulation)
1 tbsp honey or agave (optional, for taste)
🫖 Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a small pot.
Add cloves, soursop leaves, and mullein leaf first (these need the most extraction time). Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients (hormone balance tea, moringa, hibiscus, anti-inflammatory herbs). Cover and let steep on low heat for another 5-7 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the tea sit for another 5 minutes to enhance potency.
Strain the tea into a cup using a fine mesh strainer.
Add honey, agave, or lemon for taste if desired.
