We're Hiring: Admin Staff for Banquet Hall
Are you organized, friendly, and good at managing event inquiries?
Join our team, a leading event space.

Job Scope:
Handle WhatsApp & phone inquiries
Set and manage hall visit appointments
Update Google Calendar with bookings
Coordinate with event clients and vendors
Basic admin tasks (printing, filing, data entry)

Requirements:
Good communication in English, Tamil, or Malay
Basic computer/WhatsApp/Google Calendar skills
Pleasant attitude and able to deal with customers
Admin or event experience is a plus

Working Hours:
10AM – 6.30PM
