Forming two sides of the same coin, De Nobrega and Slabbert are the union of the technically astute impulsive artist and the story teller.

With a vision of sourcing and utilizing authentic arts and artisans of true Namibian origin. Being known as the “arty friends” for plenty of years we decided to finally throw our talents together through curiosity in the artist and artists design process. Authenticity can only be found in truth and only from a deep understanding and appreciation for authentic design can come uniqueness, skill and

practical execution. Story
Veronica pays homage to the origin of the story of the artist. She has worked closely with world renowned coppersmith and artist Helmut Nikel in Johannesburg, South Africa. Being Namibian herself, she is a child of nature and has the curiosity of experiencing different cultures, artists and designers across many genres. Having been intimately involved in production and manufacturing operations of wood furniture, copper artefacts, lighting and slate tile patio design for interior and exterior. A vibrant personality, Veronica can draw the correct people with the perfect synergy to uniformly achieve a balanced and quality result.

Mauritz has been in the fashion industry for the past 18 years and finished his masters in Italy. Originally from a small town in Namibia, Mauritz realized from a young age that he had a love for fashion and design. With experience in Italian design, Mauritz incorporates African and Western European elements in his creations. All his creations are custom made and original.
