Laws To Good Health
1. Guard your heart - be mindful of the information you ( proverbs 4:23) consume
2. Speak life - death and life lies within your words (proverbs 18:21)
3. Eat right - what you eat will either keep you alive or lead you to death ( 2kings 4:38-41)
4. Practice fasting - when you fast, you experience Autophagy - the body's natural cellular process of "self-eating" to clean out damaged, unnecessary, or dysfunctional components and recycle them for energy and building blocks.
5. Practice rest - God rested on the seventh day, the sabbath day. Jesus Christ is the sabbath, our rest. Choose any day of the week to rest (Genesis 2:2; Mark 2:27-28 )
6. Maintain joy and gladness of heart ❤️ - remove things and people from your proximity that prevent you from experiencing joy (proverbs 17:22)
