Since your period started yesterday (21st December), you are now in a very good position to plan conception this cycle. What you do from today onward matters a lot.
Below is a clear, day-by-day TTC guide for this cycle 👇

1. From Day 1–5 (Now – while bleeding)
Goal: Cleanse + prepare the womb
Do this
Drink plenty of warm water
Eat:
Vegetables (ugu, spinach, okra)
Fruits (orange, pineapple in moderation)
Rest well, avoid stress
You may take
Folic acid (400–800mcg daily)
Vitamin C

Don’t ignore your body trying to be “strong.”
Rest is not weakness.
