His Excellency Governor Alex Otti presided over the Abia State Government Quarter One Strategy Retreat for members of the State Executive Council and other appointees.

The two-day retreat captioned "Accelerating Progress:, Unlocking Potentials", was held at the International Conference Centre Ogurube Layout Umuahia and was a huge success.
