On His journey to victory, He encountered mockery, with others saying, "He saved others, but He can't save Himself."

He was beaten for simply declaring, "I and my Father are one."

The religious leaders of His time persecuted Him out of fear of losing their influence.

Nevertheless, He remained steadfast, not allowing the clamor of the crowd to overshadow the quiet assurance of the glory that awaited Him.

He serves as our role model in every aspect of our lives.

Our Easter message encourages us to rise above mockery, persecution, or the prevailing ideologies of others, and to embrace the glory that God has in store for us.

Let us draw strength from His example and pursue our purpose with confidence.

Happy Easter

Happy New Year and Happy New Month! It’s never too late to celebrate new beginnings.

In this age of endless information; the good, bad and ugly, it’s more important than ever to guard your heart.

For leaders, this is especially critical. The weight of responsibility, tough decisions, and constant pressure can be overwhelming. A guarded heart helps leaders maintain clarity, make wise choices, and lead with integrity.

Why is This Important?

✔ Emotions Drive Decisions: A heart influenced by fear, frustration, or misinformation can lead to poor judgment.
✔ Leadership Impacts Others: Your mindset shapes your team’s morale, culture, and success.
✔ Resilience is Key: A guarded heart enables you to stay focused, avoid burnout, and lead with wisdom and compassion.

As you step into this new year and month, be intentional about what you absorb and allow to shape your leadership. Guard your heart, lead with strength, and make 2025 a year of impact!

Destiny Helpers!

In my opinion, there are no self-made man/woman anywhere. At some point, we've all received guidance, inspiration, or motivation from someone else. Whether it's through personal interactions, messages, podcasts, or books, someone has helped us along the way.

One of the things that stood out for me in my journey was access to exceptional women who demanded nothing less than excellence. Working with them taught me that bringing excellence into everything I do is non-negotiable. As I navigated through the skill and experience gap in my CV, I realized that no one thrives in isolation. There is room for community, family, and tribe. These groups of people, through coaching, teaching, mentoring, cheering, or correcting, have helped build us into who we are.

"Destiny Helpers" are the ones who make a difference in your life. They may not offer you cash, but access and opportunities to work with them. This is one way of making you know that some growth needs to happen inside of you, to enable you to "Become" such as a mindset shift or change in paradigm. Take the prayers of access to men and helpers of destiny seriously, and you'll begin to understand that success is not a solo journey.

Remember, mentors, coaches, teachers, and leaders are destiny helpers too. Don't underestimate their place. They play a significant role in shaping our lives and careers. Acknowledge them and express gratitude for their impact and don't forget to be a "Destiny Helper too!"

Now I say, That the Heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all; but is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father...Galatians 4:1-2 KJV‬

Except a Corn of Wheat Fall and Dies...

As a young graduate and coming from a humble background, I thought all I needed was good grades to secure a good job. But reality hit me hard when I realized that unemployment was a real issue, and most good-paying roles were seeking skilled and experienced hands. I knew I had to be intentional about acquiring both skills and experience, and that's when I turned to volunteering.

Volunteering not only allowed me to acquire experience through delegated tasks, but it also helped me expand my network. While serving in my role, I took up free courses on soft skills and had the opportunity to apply them. As an introverted person, volunteering helped me break out of my shell and learn how to communicate with team members and stakeholders. I even worked with remote teams that trusted me to deliver on my tasks and that, I can't take for granted.

The benefits of volunteering are endless, and it's a great way to build yourself and expand your capacity. It's also a way to make a positive impact in your little way. If you're looking to grow personally and professionally, consider volunteering. Trust me, you won't regret it.

And as the Holy Scriptures said, "Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat fall into the ground and dies, it remains alone: but if it dies, it produces many seeds" John12:24...

"Ready to transform chaos into accomplishment? Dive into the art of productivity and witness the magic unfold!

Hey! Dear, it's a new year and guess it's not too late to say "Happy New Year".

As the year began, I excitedly wrote my goals and aspirations, using the SMART approach, I jotted down everything I felt I was supposed to do to become a better version of myself.

As I began reflecting on the new year, I noted the principle of productivity hidden in the "Creation Story".

These principles are:
📌 Purpose
📌 Strategy
📌 Focus
The secret to creating something so good, orderly, beautiful, and sustainable is applying the P.S.F. approach.

As the year begins with so much potential and opportunities, ensure you start from the beginning, adding Purpose, Strategy, and Focus into your tool kit, and of course don't forget to always engage "The supernatural", e get why 😊

Reflect on the creation story Gen.1:1-31, and share your insights...

The Power of Perspectives in Leadership

As I studied the parable of the talent told by Jesus in Matthew 25:14- 30, I saw the power of perspectives play out perfectly.

In simple terms, perspective is how you see things or your opinion about something. This will determine your decision and actions about that thing.

As a leader in whatever capacity you have developed, what are your perspectives about life, your nation, organization, employer or employees, your family, etc?
It's very important to internalize the reality that what we think or believe of them will determine how we treat them and relate with them.

So review your perspectives today, confirm that they are healthy and if not, get a fresh perspective and see yourself act differently toward them.

Take a brief study of Matt.25:14-30, and share your insights with me 🥂

Timeless leadership lessons, still relevant in today's world 🌏

As I search through classics and bestsellers on leadership and personal development, while also observing real-life situations and experiences, I have learned a lot and still learning.

However, one of the books that have made the most impact on me, especially in leadership and personal development is the "Holy Bible!"

In Exo.2:11-25, I learned a hard lesson. Although I can have a vision and a blueprint for my desired destination, or know my organizational missions and visions, with all the OKRs and the KPIs, for me to effectively deliver is based on my self-leadership!

Am I able to manage my emotions when confronted with challenges or difficult situations?

Can I be trusted to deliver excellent results when they are needed?

Have I worked on my insecurity issues?

The list goes on...Truth is, the personal issues(character, skill etc) I neglect to develop will eventually catch up with me when I attain leadership positions...

Quickly look up Exo.2:11-25 and share your lessons with me, lets tap from this rich resources 📝

Leadership applicable lessons I learned from Judges 4:4-24

Leadership can be very challenging but not impossible. One of the game-changing strategies that leaders apply is partnerships or collaborations.

When a leader looks at their skills, abilities, and connections and is able to decipher that they may not be able to achieve their best vision, and objectives with what they have, they seek partnerships or collaboration from the best hands whose visions and objectives align with theirs.

This means that exceptional leaders mount their area of expertise and partner with other leaders in their area of expertise to bring to fruition a tremendous success that would otherwise be difficult, impossible or might waste resources, time and energy!

But to bring about an effective and long-lasting collaboration this relationship must be geninue, true and founded on Trust!
