That maid you have in your house....
Is also your child...

Whatever attitude he or she is displaying,
Your own child can also do same....

The question is, will you kill that your child, "No" you will keep managing him or her until he changes..

So assume that maid, to be your son or daughter, so that you will be to correct in love....

Then if you look, you can't handle or manage his or her attitude....

Very simple.....
Take he or she back to the family.... We were not forced to take the child as maid...

If even you were forced, you can still say am tired of managing him or her...

Instead of abusing or maltreating the child badly even to death....or serious injury... Or landing yourself into trouble...

Return them to the family period....

Listen To That Child!!!!👭👫

You see that child,
Don't ignore her,
He/She has a lot in mind to discuss with you,
She is always waiting for an opportunity to tell you that,

Are you a teacher,,
Are you a guardian,
Are you a Mother,
Are you Father,
Are you in Children department,

Give them a listen ear 👂,
Don't make them be scared of you,
Be friendly with them,
Don't abuse them,
Don't shout them down,

Show them love and care....

That will make them free with you, and discuss their ordeals with you freely....

When a child is scared of you, they hide a lot from you....

Do you have a child that behave scary?
Do they hide when they hear the sound of voice?

Check yourself and adjust.....
