This practice can only happen in hell fire. Who introduced pains, as measures for Nigerians into the government ?
Time to exclusively differentiate between the rich and the poor has come.
This might lead to other internal security threats among ourselves.
We hope the Government may reverse the above decision that can Leeds to about 70% of Nigeria with No access to electricity.

Strategies to Help Solve Your Marriage Problems

Many good marriages slip into crisis because we don’t or won’t believe how much work it takes to keep relationships healthy and thriving. It’s just like when you stop investing in the house you are living in. It will easily fall into disrepair. Think back to when you first started to pursue your wife. It required commitment, hard work, and imagination. If winning her required that back then, why does it surprise us when neglect creates marriage problems after we walk down the aisle? She wouldn’t have married you if you took her for granted. Why risk everything now?

*1. Surround yourselves with people in healthy relationships :*
Some of those negative patterns may have involved friends. Surround yourself with people who value marriage and where there’s widespread support for making yours work.

*2. Choose to love:*
Love may have come easy when it was brand new. Love is as much a choice as it is an emotion. Choice is an act of maturity and it has a much better track record than emotion left to make its way on its own.

*3. Act as if your spouse’s happiness is more important than your own:*
Putting our spouse first nurtures trust, gratitude, generosity, and affection. It can also lead to physical intimacy.

*4. Put the relationship ahead of everything:* including your children.
It’s unfortunate, but time has a way of eating away at our priorities. “You’re the most important thing in my life” gives way to “my work… the family business…the children… my aging parents… even movies , football …” Marriages don’t work well when our partner plays second fiddle to anything – even the children. It’s a fact – the happiest kids are those with parents who love one-another best.

*5. Start over from scratch:*
Ask her out. Make sure you remember why you did the first time and build from there. When did you last talk for hours, hold hands at a movie, or give her a kiss when she wasn’t expecting it? Get silly about one-another.

BREAKING: NLC President, Joe Ajaero responds to President Tinubu, says he should stop playing politics and address hunger, unemployment facing Nigerians

Ajaero’s full statement below:

MR. PRESIDENT: WE ARE NOT AFTER YOUR JOB

The recent statements attributed to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu during the commissioning of the Red-Line Railway Project have sparked deep concern within the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC). We find these remarks, particularly those concerning the role of Labour in governance, to be profoundly at variance with the struggles faced by ordinary Nigerians under existing policies.

President Tinubu’s insinuation that Labour lacks the moral ground to challenge his administration, merely nine months into office, is deeply troubling. Moreover, his focus on partisan issues and the distant 2027 election cycle, rather than the urgent needs of the populace, further underscores a disconnect from the realities faced by Nigerians on a daily basis.

It is regrettable that the President seems oblivious to the profound hardships endured by millions of Nigerians. The pervasive hunger, unemployment, housing insecurity, and escalating costs of basic necessities such as food and healthcare demand immediate attention and decisive action. Yet, instead of addressing these pressing concerns, President Tinubu appears preoccupied with political calculations and future electoral prospects.

The NLC wishes to emphasize that our primary objective is not to vie for political positions, including that of the President. Rather, our sole focus is on advocating for effective governance that prioritizes the welfare and security of all Nigerians. We urge President Tinubu to redirect his efforts towards fulfilling this fundamental duty of public office, rather than engaging in political rhetoric.

It is imperative that we refocus our collective energy on addressing the substantive issues that have been the subject of engagement between Labour and the government since June 2023. Thes

A husband said to his wife: I miss my family, I hope you will prepare lunch tomorrow, so I can invite them, it's been a while.

The wife said with a sigh: God willing, it will be good.

The husband said: OK, I will invite them.

The next morning, the husband went to work and at one o'clock he came home, and said to his wife: Did you cook lunch? My family will come in an hour.

And the wife said: No, I did not cook, because your family are not strangers, they can eat what is in the house.

The husband said: God forgive you! Why didn't you tell me yesterday that you won't cook and they will soon be arriving, what will I do?😒

The wife said: Call them and apologize to them, after all, they are not strangers.

The husband left the house upset and after a few minutes, there was a knock on the door. The wife got up, opened the door and was surprised to see her family, brothers, sisters and children!

Her father asked her, "Where is your husband?"

She said to him: He left a while ago.

Her father said, "Yesterday, your husband invited us for lunch. Is it possible for him to invite us and leave the house?"

The wife was stunned by the news, and began rubbing her hands, puzzled that the food in the house was not befitting for her family. She called her husband and said to him: Why didn't you tell me that you intended to invite my family for lunch?

He said to her: My family is your family, and yours is mine. There's no difference.

She said to him: Please bring ready-made food with you when coming, there is no food at home.

The husband said: I am very far from home and your family are not strangers, feed them from the food in the house as you wanted to feed my family.

Moral Lessons

1. Support your partner's well-being and happiness it will definitely return back to you.

2. Don't treat your partner's family like they are nothing to you. You have exchanged families immediately you get married.

3. Do unto others what you want them to do to you. This is the greatest h

Bitterness blinds you.
Bitterness cripples you.
Bitterness defiles you.
You never see anything good in others. It hinders you from making a head way. At least not beyond those you are bitter against.
It contaminates you. Someone describes it as taking poison and expecting another to die. It is true.
Bitterness is a killer.
Sometimes the root cause is jealousy. You just can’t stand the success of others. If not dealt with it graduates to bitterness.
Meanwhile if you decide to be genuinely pleased and grateful for other people’s success, you can indeed set the context right for yours. There are siblings bitter towards other siblings. Spouses towards their spouses. Ministers bitter towards other ministers. Brethren towards other brethren. And the truth of the matter is bitterness may cause or pose more delay and hinderance to breaking through than demons and devils. May the Lord give us understanding and help us live BITTERNESS FREE !

✝️ GOD SHALL REPAY❗
*For the LORD God of recompences shall surely repay.* (Jere. 51:56c)

The socio-economic condition in most places nowadays is making people so easily irritable. Offenses come over trivial matters at home, in work places, worship centers, communities at large, and virtually everywhere. Tension keeps rising and avoidable quarrels and altercations occur, culminating in anger, bitterness, malice, retaliation and counter attacks etc. Yet God hates strifes (2 Corinth. 2:20; Phil. 2:3), especially in the life of His children. He also forbids retaliation: *Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord.* (Rom. 12:19). Jesus, the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6), has given us His peace (John 14:27), which is beyond our human understanding (Phil. 4:7). Beloved, God shall surely repay; you just be holy and faithful, and continue to live righteously. Also remain rapture ready and stay blessed. Happy Tuesday and Maranatha Shalom💓.
🗣️ LET US PRAY! 🎷
Eternal Rock of Ages, we give You all the glory, honour and adoration today, for Your awesomeness and goodness towards us, please accept our all in Jesus' name. Glorious and Gracious God, we ask that You remove from our hearts the spirit of hatred, strife and vengeance, and help us live peacefully with other people, no matter how difficult, in Jesus' name. Fill our lives, homes, churches, communities and nations with Your love and peace, O Lord Jesus the Prince of Peace; let there be love and peace restored even in war ravaged areas, and make us agents of peace everywhere we are or go. Thank You Merciful God for answering our prayers, for we prayed in Jesus' powerful and blessed name. Amen. 🧎🏿‍♂️ 🤷🏽‍♂️
