The Ezza Ezekunna people are a peace-loving, law-abiding, and democratic people who have consistently upheld the values of unity, fairness, and peaceful coexistence. We wish to state, in clear and unequivocal terms, that we have the constitutional right to freely vote for any candidate of our choice in the 2027 Ebonyi State governorship election.

As responsible citizens, we reject any form of intimidation, coercion, or attempt to impose political choices on our people. Democracy thrives only when the will of the people is respected, and our political freedom must not be compromised under any circumstance.

We remain committed to peace, order, and the rule of law. However, our commitment to peace should never be mistaken for weakness or silence in the face of injustice. The Ezza Ezekunna people will continue to exercise their civic rights responsibly, peacefully, and without fear.

We therefore call on all political actors, stakeholders, and the general public to respect the rights of every community and to ensure a free, fair, and credible election in 2027

Ezza Ezekunna people, let it be clearly understood: in the 2027 Ebonyi State governorship election, we have every right to vote for any candidate of our choice. Politics is a game of choice, not a game of force, intimidation, or blind loyalty.

No one has the monopoly of our votes. We are free citizens, and our political decision must be guided by conscience, conviction, and the future we want for our people. Our votes are our power, and we must never surrender that power to pressure or manipulation.
