Letter to Daughters of Zion on campuses
Dear Daughter of Zion,
I hope this letter finds you well and that your faith in the Lord is strong.
I know that being on campus can present numerous trials and temptations that may be difficult to handle. Trust me, I've been there.
The pressures from your colleagues, lecturers, and non-academic staff can be overwhelming at times.
But I want to encourage you not to give in to the ways of the world. Challenging situations and pressures WILL arise but hold fast to your faith in God.
Oh! I hope you can recall your encounters with God and your promises never to compromise your faith.
I understand there is so much on your table, pressures that demand giving your body, the financial issue to scale through schools, the desire to meet certain expectation and the yearning to live a life similar to others.
In a moment like these, it may feel like there is no one to talk to or willing to understand how you feel or what you are going through but I want you to know someone up there understands more than you do, and with faith in Him, you are more than a conqueror through Christ.
Relax!
Make God your resting place. whenever you are overwhelmed with situations that tend to threaten your stand in Christ, instead of wavering cling to His word that says, "Call upon me in the days of trouble and I will save you and you shall praise me."
This phase you're going through will pass, and there is a purpose behind everything you experience in life. Let God be your strength during these times.
Daughters of Zion, I beseech you by the mercies of God, hold on strong, This stage of your life may be difficult, but do not let the devil succeed. Hold tight to God, for He will see you through.
Always remember that He brought you this far for a reason, and He will never forsake you. He has never failed before, and He will not fail you now. He is the God of yesterday, today, and forever, and He will remain faithful to His own.
REMEMBER HE IS THE HELPER OF THE HELPLESS, THE VOICE OF THE VOICELESS, THE POWER OF THE POWERLESS.
Remain in HIM and you will see his GLORY.
