Anambra’s politics has fl♡red up into a he◇ted personal disput.e between the State’s First Lady, Dr. Nonye Soludo, and Senator Uche Ekwunife, the APC’s deputy governorship candidate.

In a strongly statement on Saturday, Soludo accus€d Ekwunife of making “m◇licious and fabric◇ted” alleg◇tions against her family. She w◇rned that unless the senator issued a public apology within 72 hours, legal action would follow. To prove her innocence, Soludo challenged Ekwunife to take a public oath in a Catholic cathedral and proposed DNA tests in London for both families offering to cover all expenses and even promising a cash reward if Ekwunife’s family passed the test.

“For clarity, I have never worked for anyone in my life. I never met Dr. Mbadinuju of blessed memory, and in my 55 years, I have only known one man Chukwuma Soludo,” the First Lady declared, stressing her fidelity to her husband.

Ekwunife, however, dismissed the challenge, saying Soludo owed explanations only to her husband and not to outsiders. “I only gave friendly advice. Her family matters do not involve me. My focus remains on contributing positively to rescue Anambra from misrule,” the senator said.

‎Ex ally of May Yul-Edochie, Emeka Ugwuoye, alleged that May Edochie took multiple bank loans without her husband Yul’s knowledge.

‎According to him, May had earlier told her followers she was left with three loans, but did not disclose the purpose. Emeka claimed the loans were used for body enhancement procedures. ‎He further questioned the public narrative, asking whether it should be Yul’s responsibility to repay loans his wife allegedly took for svrgery without informing him.
