If loyalty can be attributed to a person, then Ayokunle Dennis deserves it. He is unparalleled in his commitment to the Black Media Brands Studios brand.

He has consistently been available for our activities, from the days of filming comedy skits to the current era of short films making.

He actually helped a lot of people join the brand later on. It would be impossible for us to write the brand's history without including his name.

As the boom operator for the FRACTURED INTIMACY production, Ayokunle, tried his hardest to make sure we had the finest sound possible, despite a few glitches.

Since the early days of filming comedy skits, Michael Erinoso has been requesting to join the Black Media Brands Studios team.

He didn't think twice about taking on the role of Gaffer when he noticed the opportunity during the production of FRACTURED INTIMACY.

As it turned out, he performed remarkably well during the shooting. He arrived at the location ahead of other team members and even put his all into making the production a reality.

Just like the biblical accounts, Michael is the true Elisha; he stayed with Elijah until he achieved his goals, likewise Michael - he stayed with BMB Studios till he got the chance.

When the well-known Nigerian Afrobeats artiste sang "I'm unavailable...," I believe he was referring to Theresa Emmanuel.

Although Tessy, as she is fondly called, is not always accessible for many things, but she is always available when it comes to BMB Studios.

She is always willing to work in any role assigned to her and makes herself available for our activities.

Abraham Oluode is the epitome of unseriousness; despite his disruptions during our series of productions, his presence is always desired.

He is the type of person who always makes sure the set is lively and entertaining, and he knows when to adapt to the serious work environment.

His consistency and willingness to put his all into our production earned him the position of Production Coordinator for FRACTURED INTIMACY film.

Adetutu Oloyede is a prime example of being called upon and reacting as fast as the camera's lightning. She had consistently been an enthusiastic supporter of our work prior to her induction into the BMB Studios Crew.

When she is around, her cheerful and amiable physical presence is unmistakable.

It was not surprising that she was asked to act as the costume designer for the short film when it came time to shoot.

When I had the idea to shoot the short film FRACTURED INTIMACY from a different point of view, a month into the production, I called Mayowa Afolabi to come and direct it, since I knew of his ability and enthusiasm as a film creative.

Mayowa is actually the founder of David's Tribe, a rapidly growing theatrical ministry. So, I am aware of his level of concentration when it comes to making movies.

He accepted the role of director without hesitation, and to be honest, he exceeded my expectations that day because it is difficult to tell someone who hasn't performed on the big screen to follow the script.

You can know a good director when he makes the actor fake-out-tears from his/her eyes in order to fit into a role. And this what Mayowa did with our female lead actor in the scene where it's expected of her to cry.

Despite her stubbornness, Temiloluwa Atanda is hardly an exception when it comes to loyalty. When called upon, she shows up without hesitation. I respect her.

I therefore made the decision to kill two birds with a stone when the initial female lead actor announced that she wouldn't be available.

Adebimpe and Temiloluwa were called for the role. I haven't actually seen the two of them act on a big screen before, and I don't want the same situation that occurred with the previous female lead actor.

As Temiloluwa and Adebimpe arrived, the director, Afolabi Mayowa, ultimately selected Adebimpe. Although they both gave excellent performances, Adebimpe was more suited for the role.

Even at that, Temiloluwa still worked regardless, in another capacity towards the actualisation of the film, FRACTURED INTIMACY.

It would be impossible to discuss how we started filmmaking and comedy skits without mentioning Boluwaji Alabi, popularly known as Bavis, who was among those who pushed for us to begin producing video content for Black Media Brands Studios a few years ago.

As a result, when I was writing the script for FRACTURED INTIMACY, Bavis came to mind for the role of the therapist—basically, the role was created for him from the beginning, and you know he always gives his all in whatever he finds himself doing.

In case you were unaware, he's a football coach, in particular, and has been the host of "Conversation with Bavis" on BMB Studios for a long time.

A few days prior to the filming of the short film, Fractured Intimacy, Adebimpe Oladipupo was cast as one of the lead actors after the original choice for the role called to say she wouldn't be available.

Before I started working at my job, a radio station called AJR FM, Adebimpe was an industrial training (IT) student at the station, so I didn't get to meet her before she finished her training.

However, when I joined, the station was buzzing with the stories of her hard work, which eventually led the general manager to give her, an IT student, the chance to be casting news.

My first instinct was to get Adebimpe's phone number to call and inquire as to whether she would be available after the first female main actor stated she wouldn't be available.

Lo and behold, Adebimpe embodied the role, and we were very happy to have her on set.

Ayomide Samuel Aina was under my tutelage a lot of years back. His talent, potential, and passion for acting and singing were evident to me at the time.

Upon completing the script for this short film, I was forced to include him as one of the main actors.

Even though he was an actor for the first time, he did remarkably well.

Be aware that I am also his manager and that he is a musician as well. He sings so well that you'll be taken aback by the voice.

I asked my longtime friend, poet and cinematographer John Chizoba Vincent (JCV), to help with the filming of my debut short film two years ago. To begin with, given that we had to manage the equipment we had at our disposal, it wasn't a terrible production.

"DATI, it's not the time to stop. Try to continue doing this, please. Do not stop!," JCV said following the production. I will always remember that statement.

I therefore made the decision to, at least, establish it as a yearly custom—by making a movie every year.

The group came together again to make another short film last year, December.

A month before the production, I gave the lead actors the script I had written for them to master the lines and rehearse independently.

I called the person (Afolabi Mayowa ) who has been contacted to direct the film exactly one week before production time, and I told him that cast and other crew members were ready.

The shocking part was that, exactly four days before production began, three days after I informed the director that we were ready, the female lead actor called to say she couldn't come for personal reasons. After hearing that, I was disturbed for a few hours and had to just go to bed.

The next day, I began looking everywhere for someone to replace the female lead actor, and fortunately, I found a lady (Adebimpe Oladipupo) who was used, and she completely embodied the role.
