Who would give a beginner a chance?
In a world where aesthetics had taken over, camera quality became the judge of capabilities. Beautiful clothes and makeup gets hirers interested.
Who is willing to help a beginner to grow by giving the benefit of doubt ?
People with real values need hirers/clients that could stake on their competence but everyone prefers the already established people.
As a confidence Coach, nothing dulls one’s morale than being overlooked for not meeting the social media aesthetic.
One secret most people don’t want is that beginners in any field ends up giving the best result because they always put their heart into the job they do for you.
They know that they have to retain you and also probably get referrals from you unlike someone that already has their clients lined up and you are just one of the options, if your job turns out badly, they just pick another client and forget you.
