I have 3 kids,,, my first son, i didn't give him coconut water, because I was affraid..

It wasn't easy,,, I bought upto 5 b0ttles of colipan,,, yet he kept gr0aning😭😭

When I gave birth to my second son, I gave him c0conut water, because I can't stand & watch him gr0aning in painn again....

Guess what,,, I was happy I did 💯
