Gospel singer Timileyin Ajayi was arrested for beheading his girlfriend in Abuja. A gospel singer, Oluwatimileyin Ajayi, also a Yahoo+ boy, has been arrested in Agwan Sarki Orozo, Nasarawa State, near the Federal Capital Territory, with the severed head of his girlfriend in a polythene bag.

According to reports, the suspect's arrest was facilitated by an intelligence tip-off, leading security agents to an uncompleted building in the area. Ajayi, said to be from Kabba in Kogi State, was searched and a fresh human head was found in the bag.

During questioning, the suspect allegedly confessed to the crime and revealed that the rest of the victim's body was at his residence. The Secretary of Orozo Community, Comrade Abwami Nuhuson Daniel, confirmed the incident on his page. He wrote, "I got the shock of my life as we apprehend a 'Yahoo' ritual with a human head (his girlfriend) inside a nylon in Agwan Sarki, Orozo, FCT.

And this guy said the remaining body of the girl is still in his house." While being questioned by police in a video shared online, Ajayi is seen disclosing that he had dated the lady for one year before killing her.

Nigerians have voiced their outrage after a video emerged showing Stella Nwadigo, a teacher at Christ-Mitots International School in Isawo, Ikorodu, Lagos State, physically assaulting a three-year-old pupil, Abayomi Michael, for not writing as instructed.

While the Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency, Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, confirmed the teacher’s arrest in a phone interview with our correspondent on Wednesday, Nigerians from all walks of life are calling for an investigation into the school.
