PRINCESS KARIBO BAGS UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP FROM THE AMANYANABO AND PARAMOUNT RULER OF ABONNEMA AND IT'S SATELLITE COMMUNITIES, HRM, KING, Dr, DISRAEL GBOBO BOB-MANUEL (II) EKINEYE GBOBO OWUKORI (ix), ESQ, DSSRS, KSC, UN-JP during the 2026 children's day celebration at Abonnema in Akuku-Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Miss Princess Karibo is an indigen of Abonnema from Georgewill's compound and an undergraduate of Micro Biology with the Rivers State University.
Princess Karibo who was invited to speak to the children on the 2026 children's day celebration on the Topic: "Allow the children to come to the Lord" delivered an excellent and inspiring teaching of CHRIST which caught the attention of HRM. Miss Princess Karibo is said to have gathered her wealth of biblical knowledge from Word Explosion Gospel Center, a church which is word based with Grace message, under the mentorship of Apostle Collins T. Briggs.
Miss Princess Karibo left her father and family to be under the mentorship of Apostle Collins T Briggs because of her love for more knowledge about the Lord and to serve the Lord better. Following Apostle Collins T Briggs and his term to Prisons, Schools, Remand Home, Safe Home, Children Home, etc Preacher and teaching the Gospel of CHRIST daily. This scholarship shows that indeed, it pays to serve the Lord.
The award of university Scholarship by HRM is one that has brought great joy to Miss Princess Karibo, her biological father, Rev. Soberekon Karibo, her Mother, mentor/foster father, Apostle Collins T Briggs and members of the Word Explosion Gospel Center.
This Award of university scholarship to Miss Princess Karibo is a testament of the benevolent heart of HRM and an evidence of the fact that HRM is a king per excellent and an educational inspirator.
The scholarship is not limited to tuition fees but includes her daily transportation to and fro school. Miss Princess Karibo in addition to the scholarship has also been adopted as a princess of the Royal house of HRM.
