But truth be told… you are tired.
Not just physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually too.

You give and give, until one day your body whispers, I am exhausted.
And when you don’t listen, it starts to scream in the form of back pain, headaches, mood swings, or constant fatigue.

It’s not selfish to rest.
It’s not wrong to say I need help.
Even machines need to recharge before they can work again…how much more you, a human who carries love and responsibility daily.

So Mama, pause today.
Take that nap.
Drink your tea before it gets cold.
