I actually saw a post saying Irish potatoes were now in season, so I was expecting them to be much cheaper than the last time I bought them… but surprisingly, the difference wasn't that much.

Just a little reduction from my last purchase.

Unless your child's skin has a particular need or condition that requires something different, I honestly don't see why children need all these plenty creams.

Fair cream, extra glow, this one, that one... Ah ah, for what na? πŸ˜©πŸ˜‚

Give them balanced meals, fruits, vegetables and healthy food.

Let them drink enough water and moisturize their skin well with simple products like shea butter or Vaseline.

Children don't need to be looking like they are preparing for a photoshoot every morning because of cream. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Simple skincare for children is enough abeg.

I didn’t go out today, so from morning, I entered kitchen duty 😩🀣

I woke up, took my warm water and went straight to making breakfast.

πŸ₯ž Oats pancakes for the kids to take with their Ovaltine.
πŸ₯£ Oats porridge for me and hubby.

By afternoon, the kids had fried plantain and beans. Thankfully, I already had the beans in the freezer, so I just fried the plantain πŸ˜…

Then while preparing dinner, my daughter came into the kitchen and asked:

β€œMummy, how many times will you cook today?” 😩😩🀣🀣

That was when I realized I had practically been in the kitchen all day πŸ˜‚

And somewhere in between all of that, I even made zobo 😭🀣

To be a mother is not easy oo! The kitchen can easily turn into a full-time office πŸ˜©πŸ˜‚

But please, this kind of cooking marathon doesn’t happen every day. It only happens when the mood enters 🀣🀣🀣

Mothers, how many times do you enter the kitchen on a day you’re fully in the mood to cook? πŸ˜‚

My blender packed up for a while, so I’ve been using my food processor for EVERYTHING I needed to blend πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

Last night, hubby came back with this cutie. Mind you, we came back together and I didn’t even notice it until he unwrapped it. I was like… WOW! 😍😍

A 10-in-1 multipurpose blender! πŸ˜©πŸ˜ƒ

It even came with a food processor, garlic peeler, egg be**er, orange juicer and so many other attachments.

My kitchen assistant has officially been reloaded! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚β€οΈ

I decided to make my oats porridge without milk today, and honestly? It turned out so good! πŸ˜‹

I used water, then added my oats, a little salt, honey and chia seeds. Remember to cook it on medium heat so it comes out nicely.

For toppings, I added chopped apple and peanuts πŸ₯œπŸŽ

So simple, filling and yummy! 😍
