It's a learning Thursday and I am woowed by today's session,
it's unfortunate and painful to know that lot of people are going through so much and the can't even talk about it to any one for some reasons like fear, trust issues, stigmatisation etc.

Trauma is Real
Depression is Real
And lives are being lost because we don't take seriously this issues.

Be kind
Be gentle with people
Always try to be calm
Try to understand people, why the behave the way the do

Alot is going on with alot of persons out there
Kind words
A hug
A pad on the back can just be all the need to bring back hope and make them want to live again.

Spread love not hate
Spread peace not Violence
