Choose Your Representatives Wisely.....,,💪

Before choosing who will represent us, we must look beyond friendship, popularity, promises, or personal interests. We should look for character, competence, integrity, vision, experience, and the ability to listen and work with others.

A representative should also have the educational exposure and understanding necessary to engage constructively with people, analyse issues, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team. Education alone does not make a good leader, but the right educational background can enhance a person's ability to reason, collaborate, adapt, and flow with others, especially when different ideas and perspectives come together.

At the end of the day, we should choose people who are capable, approachable, knowledgeable, and committed to the collective interest—not just their personal ambition.

Choose wisely. The quality of our representatives determines the quality of the progress we can achieve together.
