📢 TO SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES ENCOUNTERING ERRORS WHILE UPDATING THEIR APPLICATION

Candidates who have been shortlisted and are trying to update their application as requested but are having difficulty accessing the update link directly from their email are advised to follow these steps:

1. Click and hold the link in your email instead of tapping it once.
2. Options such as “Open in browser,” “Copy URL,” and “Share link” will appear, as shown in the image.
3. Select “Copy URL.”
4. Open your browser and paste the copied link into the address bar, then proceed.

If the error persists, use different browser or phone. And if you can't figure out how to do that, head to a cafe.

⚠️ NB: Please ensure that you are signed in to your browser with the same email address associated with your application before opening the link.

The link is simply a Google document/form link, so there is no need to be alarmed by its appearance. If clicking the link directly from your email is not working, the copy-and-paste method above should help you access it.

Kindly ensure that you complete the requested update before the stated deadline.

📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES

Candidates who have been notified of their qualification for the Interview Stage are advised to take note of the following:

📌 Interview Details: The date, time, venue and required documents for the interview are yet to be communicated. Candidates will be informed in due course, and the interview is expected to be communicated through the appropriate channels.

📌 Update Your Records: Ensure you complete and submit all required information/documents through the link provided in your notification email.

Deadline: Friday, 4 September 2026, by 5:00 p.m.

If you can't find your Application/Reference Number,

You can either:
1️⃣ Log in to the recruitment portal using your details to retrieve it, link to your portal above; OR

📢 UNIABUJA RECRUITMENT UPDATE: CBT RESULTS/SHORTLIST NOW BEING RELEASED

Candidates who participated in the recently concluded University of Abuja Recruitment CBT are beginning to receive their results and notifications for the next stage.

One notification received shows:

📌 Cumulative Score: 88%
📌 Cut-Off Mark: 65%
📌 Outcome: Qualified for Interview

⚠️ IMPORTANT: The score reflected in the official notification may be a cumulative score and may not necessarily be the same as the score displayed immediately after the CBT.

For example, the candidate whose notification is referenced above initially saw 51.5 upon submitting the CBT, while the subsequent notification reflected a cumulative score of 88%.

Whoever scored 40% during the CBT should see their result above 65%, which is the cut off mark (not a 100% sure calculation)

The exact formula used to arrive at the cumulative score has not yet been clearly explained to candidates, so we cannot confirm how the final figure was calculated.

For now, candidates are advised to check their registered email addresses, including Spam/Junk folders, for their individual notifications.

If you participated in the CBT, check your email. Your result/shortlist notification may already be available.

Following the restoration of the Remita service, all payments associated with the University of Abuja can now be made successfully.

Students and applicants can now proceed with their school fees, application fees, and other payments through the official payment portal.
