LETS TALK ABOUT The Root Source of Most Human Illnesses, which is BODY OVER ACIDITY.

BODY OVER ACIDITY Results from Excessive Consumption of Acid-forming Foods, like; Meat, Poultry, Fish, Eggs, Dairy, Grains, Processed Foods, Alcohol, Sugary/Caffeinated Drinks, and Fries.

To Prevent BODY OVER ACIDITY, Limit the intake of Acid Forming Foods stated above and increase the Consumption of Foods that Promote an Alkaline State in the Body, which are primarily Fruits and Vegetables, such as spinach, kale, broccoli, lemons, limes, avocados, bananas, berries, Watermelon as well as nuts, seeds, legumes, some Soy products like tofu and tempeh.

These foods are Considered Alkaline-forming because they Produce alkaline-rich Metabolic Byproducts, not because they have an alkaline pH themselves, But because they are rich in Minerals like Potassium and Magnesium, which help to balance the Body's pH levels.

To incorporate Alkaline-Forming Foods in your Diet, increase the Consumption: of Raw or lightly steamed Fruits and Vegetables, as cooking can deplete Alkalizing Minerals.

Know that, the Human Body Naturally Maintains a Carefully Regulated pH, BUT a Diet always high in Acid-forming Foods Can Pose Health Risks over time.

But Limiting and Avoiding excessive intake of these foods and Incorporating Fresh, Low-Acid Foods, can be beneficial for overall Health as they help Reduce Acid in the Body, Support Kidney and Cardiovascular Health.

"Because Marriages of these days don't last, I will just get someone that is willing to have children without Marriage"
This one has already concluded that it doesn't last.

"Because we haven't met yet, am still searching"
This one is still searching oooh.

Marriage is stressful, I don't want Stress"
This one no wan stress at-all.

Desires for things a Person DON'T currently have is Normal, and addressing the Desires in a Constructive way is crucial to avoid Self destruction. Because countless opportunities that seems right may come, But Not ALL are Good, Some are death Traps.

So when the Desire is so strong Pause and Consider whether Pursing it would be Helpful or Harmful to your well-being.

If the Desire seems achievable and harmless, work towards it's Success by being Patient, Persistent and not discourage by Setbacks. Because some Desires may take Time and Effort to achieve them.

However, if the Desire seems unattainable don't force it, try to shift your attention from it and Focus on finding happiness and fulfillment in what you have by being Grateful and Contented, rather than constantly seeking what you lack.

Pursue your Desires to Success, But Know the limits, don't Pursue what will Destroy you.
