NOT EVERY LEAF IS VEGETABLE.
Not every green is food.
A woman once plucked “vegetables” from her compound, boiled it, and ate with her family.
By midnight, she was in the hospital, vomiting, trembling, eyes rolling.
Her body wasn’t reacting to food; it was reacting to poison.
You see, nature has medicine, but nature also has venom. Some plants look like spinach but carry toxins that shut down your liver and blood.
Our ancestors knew which leaves healed and which ones killed, but modern ignorance calls every green leaf “vegetable.”
Stop assuming “if it grows, I can eat it.”
Stop thinking “green” automatically means “healthy.”
Vegetables are food when they are known, safe, and properly prepared.
Random leaves are Russian roulette with your organs.
Don’t gamble with your stomach.
Respect plants, some are food, some are poison.
