Headline: Don't Just Change Your Oil—Service Your Transmission! 🛠️⚙️

Most people think changing transmission fluid is just a "drain and fill" job. But if you aren't replacing the filter and cleaning the pan, you’re leaving all the gunk and metal shavings inside to ruin your new oil!

Here is the professional way to do a full transmission service:

✅ 1. The Drain: Start by draining the old ATF. Check the color—if it’s dark or smells burnt, it’s definitely time for a change.

✅ 2. Drop the Pan: Remove the pan carefully. This is where the magic happens.

✅ 3. Swap the Filter: Pull out that old, clogged filter and install a fresh one. This ensures your transmission gets maximum oil pressure and smooth shifts.

✅ 4. Clean the Magnets: Those magnets in the pan are there to catch metal wear. Clean them thoroughly along with the pan surface.

✅ 5. New Gasket is Key: Never reuse an old gasket! Install a high-quality new gasket to prevent annoying leaks down the road.

✅ 6. Torque & Refill: Bolt the pan back to spec, refill with the correct ATF (check your manual!), and cycle through the gears.
