One thing I really love about what I do as a virtual property manager and in short-term rental arbitrage is the flexibility it gives me to work with different property owners in different places—even without being physically present.

Most of my job involves co-hosting (helping hosts manage their listings and guests like a pro) and being a short-term rental property finder (helping people find great spaces they can turn into Airbnb income). It’s not always easy, but I enjoy the process—especially when I help someone turn their space into a money-making rental!

People still think you have to own a property to make money from it.
Meanwhile, I’m out here managing short-term rentals and helping others do the same—virtually! No need to own the building, just know how to run the business.

What I actually do is simple:

I help hosts manage their Airbnb/short-term rental properties (aka co-hosting).

I find great properties for rental arbitrage—basically renting from landlords and re-renting on platforms like Airbnb.

And I do all this remotely. No need to be there in person.

But sometimes, even with the best communication, things don't go as planned.

Like the time a guest locked themselves out of the property... at 2am!

Like when a guest asked for a refund because... the property didn't have a hair dryer😀😀😀😀😅

I mean, who expects a hair dryer in every vacation rental, right?

But seriously, it's moments like these that remind me why I love my job!

So, I was co-hosting this property and we were getting a lot of bookings... but the owner had forgotten to tell me about the unusual outdoor shower situation

Let's just say guests were surprised to find out the shower was actually outside... in the backyard!

Luckily, we were able to laugh about it and find a solution. But it was definitely a memorable moment in my career!💃💃💃💃💃
