One of our partner’s companies in the construction industry is seeking highly qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions: Architect and Civil Engineer to join the team. The successful candidates will play a key role in leading projects, from initial concept to completion, ensuring that all designs and constructions meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

Qualifications for Architect Position:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Valid Architect’s license or certification.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in architectural software
In-depth knowledge of building codes, and construction materials.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
A passion for innovative design and creative problem-solving skills.
Qualifications for Civil Engineer Position:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
COREN satisfied added advantage
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in civil engineering, including experience in project design, site development, and construction management.
Proficiency in civil engineering software
Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
Ability to prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve project-related challenges.
Ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.
