Our package subscription entitles you to all the services included in the package. However, you may not be able to gain access to some features in your chosen package until you have completed your payment for the package. You can make package reservation at any time and can also upgrade to a higher package at any time while your contract is running. Once your job is delivered, you can pay for any other service you request.
SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPT:
Only copy righted manuscripts are accepted except where the writer indicates otherwise and includes copyright registration in the service pack. We receive only soft copies in Document format of complete manuscript sent to official email address: [email protected]
PAYMENTS:
We are only accountable for payments made directly to us through the company account except where otherwise indicated in writing. You will be supplied with the details of the company account once your manuscript and choice of package is accepted.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION:
Once your payment is confirmed, the processing of your manuscript is set in motion. Should you cancel the contract afterwards, you will only be entitled to partial refund for only the services which has not been started. Full deduction will be made for every process in progress and your job file will be destroyed only after 30days of such cancellation. Should you change your mind afterwards, you will have to pay for whatever package you choose in full.
ACTIVATION OF CONTRACT:
Your publishing contract becomes active the moment your manuscript is received and your payment is confirmed. Whatever changes in the agreement you may request will be treated within the window allowed in the publishing contract. Only writers/authors that purchase a valid package go through signed contract based on their package, any other services rendered is treated as subsidiary.
