Dear Woman,

UNTIL YOU DISCOVER AND EMBRACE YOUR TRUE IDENTITY, YOU ARE LIABLE TO FOLLOW EVERYTHING BECAUSE IT’S TRENDY.

Just because it is written in black and white or it is widely accepted or spearheaded by an influential person does not make it right.📌

Before now, a majority of women wanted to be independent while calling the shots, some who couldn't do so felt left out. In recent times, the in-thing is to be an oga's wife or have an odogwu yet been tagged as one.😆

It shows the level of instability or lack of contentment or should I call it just been oblivious to accepting one’s unique journey.

I really hope as women, we will do better and seek a definition and not try to fit into every mold.

Take a step into finding out your uniqueness as a woman, and what works for you as an individual else you risk been tossed around by every wind of doctrine.

This is to acknowledge every woman who is courageous enough to walk graciously in every season of her life without comparison or aiming to compete. Whether you are building a business, a family, walking into boardrooms or attending to tables; You all are my Women Crush this Wednesday.

As a young girl approaching puberty, a woman made a derogatory statement of how I looked masculine from my back view. This remark affected me for a long time until I discarded it and chose rather to embrace my true femininity.

Dear woman, your beauty is incomparable and it’s therefore unique to you. Don’t let anyone make you believe otherwise.

Let go of the wrong image!

Femininity does not equal weakness neither does masculinity mean toxicity, what the former does is to enhance your softness and a man’s true masculinity can only respond to that part of you.

Change is essential in driving incremental progress.

It’s a new year with yet another opportunity to make notable strides not downplaying your past achievements because they can also serve as ingredients for your motivation.

Consider having your future in 2025 been fueled by the success you had in the past year. That is a motivation from a great source.

Change is beyond just having a DESIRE. In as much as that is a good point to start, it requires other players to win.

Acquiring the KNOWLEDGE of how to effect change coupled with the ABILITY to effect performance where necessary and provide adequate support to REINFORCE and strengthen your resolutions.
