It is right to apologize when you do wrong to your partner.

Every relationship needs that.

But apologizing when you’re not the one at fault just for ”peace to reign” makes you vulnerable.

When you do it the first time, it’s understandable.

Repeating it every time, you’re only boosting your partner’s ego.

You’re putting them in a position where there’ll always offend you and get away with it.

Some relationships experience silent treatment for days after one partner offends the other and chooses to not apologize.

That’s totally wrong. Let the offender be the apologetic one.
