Anytime I Get Pregnant, My Husband Sleeps With Me Until I Lose The Child – Woman Cries Out

A Ghanaian teacher has opened up about a disturbing pattern in her marriage, alleging that her husband has caused her to lose multiple pregnancies through means she still does not fully understand.

Speaking in an emotional interview with MFK on Lawson Afisem, the woman revealed that every time she becomes pregnant and subsequently has s*xual in*******se with her husband, she ends up miscarrying.

She recounted how the repeated loss of pregnancies prompted her to seek medical advice. According to her, health professionals eventually informed her that her husband could be responsible for the miscarriages. She claims she was told that her husband allegedly takes certain drugs before having in*******se with her during pregnancy, leading to the termination of the pregnancies shortly afterwards.
Describing the toll the experience has taken on her, the teacher said she had lost count of the number of children she has miscarried due to what she called her husband’s “wickedness.” Beyond the pregnancy losses, she also alleged ongoing infidelity, claiming her husband frequently brings other women into their matrimonial home and has had s*xual relations with more than 30 different women in their bed.

She added that her husband is familiar with nearly all the commercial s*x worker hotspots across Ghana and changes partners as frequently as one would change underwear

FG vows to settle NYSC allowance arrears

The Federal Government reaffirmed its pledge to clear overdue allowance increases for National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members nationwide.

This follows months of delays since announcing a monthly stipend hike from ₦33,000 to ₦77,000, effective July 2024.

Minister of Youth Development Ayodele Olawande addressed mounting anxieties during a Channels Television interview on Monday.

He confirmed all eligible corps members—including those who completed service—will receive backdated payments.

“The new DG assured payments, and we’ve secured beneficiaries’ details,” Olawande stated, referencing recent remarks by NYSC Director General Olakunle Nafiu.

However, Olawande cautioned that procedural complexities might delay settlements.

“We’ll resolve the backlog, but patience is crucial,” he emphasized. The announcement follows Nafiu’s pledge last week to implement revised allowances by March 2025, citing meticulous record-keeping to prevent exclusions.

The prolonged delay has sparked widespread frustration among corps members, many of whom rely on stipends for essentials amid Nigeria’s rising inflation.

“This allowance isn’t luxury—it’s survival,” said Lagos-based member Chidinma Okoye, echoing peers’ distress over unmet promises.

Authorities attribute holdups to cross-agency coordination and verification processes.

Meanwhile, the NYSC continues collaborating with finance ministries to expedite payments.

Social media campaigns, however, accuse officials of indifference to youth welfare.

Your Constitutional Responsibility Does Not Include Suspending Or Firing Fubara – El-Rufai Blasts Tinubu

Former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has strongly opposed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s decision to suspend Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State and his deputy, Ngozi Odu.

In a nationwide broadcast on Tuesday, President Tinubu declared a state of emergency in Rivers State, leading to the suspension of all elected officials in the state for an initial six-month period. The move has sparked widespread debate on its legality and implications for Nigeria’s democratic governance.

Reacting in a personally signed statement released Wednesday night, El-Rufai described the decision as unconstitutional, arguing that the Nigerian Constitution does not empower the president to suspend a sitting governor or other elected state officials.

El-Rufai Warns Against Federal Overreach
The former governor emphasized that such an action undermines Nigeria’s democratic federalism, setting a dangerous precedent where an elected president assumes powers beyond constitutional limit

He pointed out that while security concerns in Rivers State require urgent intervention, a state of emergency should focus on empowering security agencies, not dismantling democratic institutions. According to him, granting security forces special powers and resources to address insecurity is justifiable, but removing elected leaders is an overreach that violates democratic principles.

Citing Supreme Court Precedent
El-Rufai also referenced a Supreme Court ruling in the case of Dariye vs. Attorney General of the Federation, which he said clearly established that the suspension of elected officials is unlawful.
He further recalled that when former President Goodluck Jonathan declared a state of emergency in the North-East, then-opposition leader Bola Tinubu had strongly criticized the move—even though Jonathan had not gone as far as suspending governors. El-Rufai urged Tinubu to reconsider

Kogi Central: Senator Karimi says ‘Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan is an embarrassment to Nigeria, Yahaya Bello is vindicated’

The Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Senator Sunday Karimi, has said that current happenings in the Senate involving the lawmaker representing Kogi Central, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, have vindicated former Governor Yahaya Bello.

Senator Karimi noted that, as a key player in the National Assembly, he could comfortably say that the former Governor could, afterall, not have been blamed for what Akpoti-Uduaghan blamed him for in the state prior to the National Assembly elections.

The Kogi West Senator, who spoke to journalists in Lokoja, in reaction to the face-off between Akpoti-Udaughan and Senate President Godswill Akpabio, said “former Governor Yahaya Bello must have seen it coming.”

“Other Kogi lawmakers and I played major roles in ensuring that the State was not brought to ridicule, but no amount of reasoning could prevail. Our intervention was rebuffed,” he said.

He recalled that the Kogi Central Senator had several running battles with the former Governor, before, during and after the National Assembly elections in the State, noting that recent happenings had only vindicated former Governor Bello.

According to him, what is happening now in the Senate is a total mess and an embarrassment brought to the entire state.

He lamented that, in spite of sincere appeals and advice, which he said fell on deaf ears, it was unfortunate that the needless embarassment could still be brought to the state and the nation at large.

“All our admonition to her fell on deaf ears. One can therefore come to terms with the fact that former Governor Yahaya Bello saw it coming.

“Senator Natasha has not only rubbished the perception of the state, from the events happening now in Nigeria, she has also embarrassed the entire country,” he stated.

Police nab 2 Suspects For Exhuming Corpses, Selling Parts For Rituals.

Oyo State Police Command has arrested 2 suspects over alleged exhumation of co**ses and sale of their parts to ritualists.

The Command’s spokesman, Adewale Osifeso made this known in a statement made available to newsmen on Friday in Ibadan.

He said that the arrest of the suspects was made possible following a tip-off received by detectives at the Iyaganku Divisional Police Headquarters in Ibadan.

Osifeso said that acting on the information, detectives were immediately deployed to conduct a search of the residence of one the suspects located at the Muslim area of Ibadan.

“During the search, a female human torso and other dismembered human remains, including severed limbs and dried bones, which were stored in bags and a paint buckets, were recovered.

” In his confession, the suspect claimed to have exhumed the co**se from a cemetery in Awa-Ijebu, Ijebu North Local Government Area of Ogun State, and admitted to selling the body parts to ritualists,” the command’s spokesman said.

According to him, the suspect later led detectives to the cemetery, where his claim was verified and further confession led to the arrest of the second suspect, a septuagenarian, who bought some human parts from him.

“He also admitted to his involvement in the illicit trade in human body parts.

“The case has been transferred to the Homicide Section of the State Criminal Investigation Department for detailed investigation, as efforts are being intensified to identify and apprehend all those involved,” Osifeso said.

He said that the Commissioner of Police in the State, Johnson Ademola, had alerted managers of cemeteries to exercise heightened vigilance in light of recent instances of ritualists exhuming co**ses.

Ademola further warned transporters to scrutinise the contents of their passengers’ bags and baggages to avoid inadvertently facilitating illicit activities. Social news follow for more
