My ordeal with my former LANDLADY 😂😂

When I moved to Abuja I had to rent a house in other to settle down before resuming work (The one year later job in my previous post 😀).

I got this selfcon and it was the first rented house that I lived in with a landlady.

My brethren and sistren 😀 it was fight, it was war, it was indaboski bahose.

Everything was okay at first, I was minding my business staying on my lane, not knowing that it was an issue to her. She wanted me to often visit her apartment and ask for help or sit down and gist like others, but I was doing the opposite.

6 months into my rent, I was still at sleep very early in the morning when I heard a knock on my burglary.

I was surprised, I wasn't expecting anyone, I usually don't have visitors except my fiance (Now my husband) because I was new in town and didn't know much people yet and I know it's not possible for him to be that early to my house.

I opened the door and to my greatest surprise it was a woman from the court with a letter, I was served a quite notice! and expected to move out once my rent expires in 6 months.

Instantly I because confused 😏 what happened? What did I do? She said the landlady told them I don't sweep the compound, what! 😲.

Sweep compound? Who sweeps the compound in this house? Nobody! Moreover I wasn't told anyone does when I was paying my rent and I've stayed for 6 months, I haven't seen anyone sweeping for once.

A job I was interviewed for, discussed salary for the position, called me after one year to resume work 😂😂

Was I supposed to put my life on hold while waiting to get a call? Worst part was I already relocated to the city to prepare for the job.

I waited for awhile for their call, when I didn't get any I applied for other jobs.

The HR called a year later when I already got a job.

Na wa o! Some employers too dey do o 😂😂😂😂

She tired convincing me that the pay will be raised but when I told her what I was willing to take for a start she said they can't do that 😊

I waved her bye bye 😂😂😂😂

Funny how big schools in Abuja can't even pay a reasonable salary.

May God help us to work little and earn much effortlessly Amen.
