I watched a video where all the contestants of Miss Universe pageant currently hosted in Mexico were on a tour and cameras were everywhere calling them by their country for them to wave at the camera.
I watched the video and waited
And I can tell you I wasn't the only one that waited to see my country's representative.๐
Just then I saw our very own Chidinma cat-walked and the person behind the camera, a blogger named Missosology called her..."Chi Chi" and she turned and gave the Camera a wave... then the video ended.
We didn't see the representative of South Africa and South Africans are not taking this lightly because everything is about them๐คฃ
We didn't see the contestants representing Ghana, Liberia, Tanzania and many other African countries but because South Africans are unnecessarily reeled up when it comes to Nigeria, they are having a fit.
These birds of Prey are accusing the blogger of favoring Chidinma, the Nigerian contestant and not even waiting to show case the South African representative...
Just because the voice behind the Camera called her by her name "Chi Chi" and ended the video shortly... there must be trouble.
At this point, a lot of Nigerians are interested in this Miss Universe pageant than our election.๐
There are a lot of things I wanted to write about Chidinma when she was being bashed about winning miss Nigeria to representing Nigeria but I think that time has passed.
I want those people who may be slow in catching up on small details to know something... please don't take being slow the wrong way... it means you may not have paid good attention to it or thought about it from this angle.
Right now, Chidinma is a sensation in Africa.
She is the most popular contestant from Africa. She is more popular than any other contestants because of issues surrounding her contest... that girl saw hell.
A lot of people from other African countries do not even know the name of who is representing their country, but they know Chidinma because of the Xen.. oph.. obic threats and all.
As a blogger who wants traffic on your blog, you're definitely going to pick what will drive traffic to your blog... for now, videos about Chidinma in this pageant will drive traffic to the page of missosology... not just traffic but Nigerian and African audience.
This is a fact... that the blogger waited until Chidinma comes out to call her and record her might for sensational purposes and not for the emotions of some people... besides I watched videos where she called others by their names.
I am a Nigerian and I am rooting for Chidinma!
PS.
I wrote this post and saved in my draft 5 days ago, only for me to wake up to the news that Miss South Africa has withdrawn from the pageant.
Imagine after all the petitions they were writing to have Chidinma disqualified from the race, now they have no representative in this important event.
I wish her quick recovery.
We are Nigerians,
If you want to test the unity of Nigerians, be a foreigner and pick on one of our own.
