I told my staffs during our briefing that I'm not a religious person.

They have never seen me as one that love the things of God because I always tell them that I'm not a religious person. If you do wrong don't say it's the devil, I will punish you. If you don't deliver quality services, you will not be enlisted.

If you don't have a product in your store. No matter how you pray, it can never appear, if you are bad at customer service, you can't keep customers. You don't pray while on duty at a customer service.

I told them to always see the so called devil as a default in business and not as a demonic attack,

The place of being spiritual is never neglected and frankly speaking business is also done with sense and strategy.

Before you start up a business. Make the necessary enquiries.

Site of location first, go there morning, afternoon and night on inspection to know how busy the area is.
Secondly, inspect the need of the people within the vicinity and try to find out why the people living there are abstaining from rendering the service, despite the fact that they have all it takes . No be only you get sense, No be you first think the business.

The reward for your ignorance is regret.
No amount of fasting and prayers can save you.
